Custom-Made Products

Due to the custom nature of our blinds and curtains, products manufactured specifically to your measurements and specifications are generally not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Standard Products

For standard products that are not custom-made, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product from Artitemproduct, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for inspection and either repair, replace, or provide a refund as appropriate.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact Artitemproduct at mailuse@artitemproduct.world or through our contact page. We will provide instructions for returning the item and process your request promptly.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for products of equal value. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must be requested within the return period.

Installation Services

If you are not satisfied with our installation services, please contact us within 7 days of completion. We will work with you to address any concerns and ensure your satisfaction.
